A hands-on course for office, operations and business teams who already use Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, or are about to, and need what comes out of the assistant to be fit to send: figures checked, sources to hand and no data shared that should stay inside the company.

Who it is for
Administrative staff, operations specialists, consultants, communications and business teams. It is not a course for developers: if your team builds software, the right one is the AI agents course (SXIA01).
Prerequisites
Comfortable with a browser, documents and spreadsheets. No programming needed. Each participant needs an account for the assistant the company uses: ChatGPT, Copilot or another.
What you will learn
- Giving the assistant context: instructions, examples and format so the answer is usable, and which data can be shared and which cannot.
- Summarising and drafting without losing track: minutes, emails and reports from documents, checking who said what.
- Working with figures: pulling tables out of a PDF, recalculating them in a spreadsheet and spotting when a total does not add up.
- Citing sources: every figure in the report points to the document it comes from.
- Turning it into a procedure: instruction templates and a review step the rest of the team can repeat.
You practise with a sample folder (minutes, emails, two reports and a table whose figures do not match) and finish with a reviewed report and a working procedure for your team.
