For Level 1, no: solid Linux administration experience is enough. Level 2 assumes you've already deployed or administered a Ceph cluster. Level 3 requires operating Ceph at administrator level before going into SRE and DR.
What Ceph version is used in the course?

We deliver on the latest stable version available at the time of the training. If your team operates on a previous version in production, we align the lab with that version so what is practised matches what you'll find when you get back to the office.
Are the Credly badges official Ceph certifications?

They are SIXE's own certifications issued through Credly. Publicly verifiable, with a unique link, and suitable for LinkedIn and CV. They don't replace an official certification from the Ceph project — they complement it as practical evidence.
What do I take away at the end of each level?
