    Frequently asked questions about quotes

    How long does the proposal take?

    Under 24 business hours from when we receive the form. If the case requires a call to fine-tune syllabus or level, add 24 h more after the conversation.

    Can you deliver custom training on a course not in the catalogue?

    Yes, as long as it sits within our technical stack: Unix/Linux systems, IBM Power, distributed storage, containers, cybersecurity, virtualisation, HPC, automation. Send us the desired syllabus and we come back on whether we can cover it and how.

    What's the minimum group size?

    Two students, except for specific courses with special lab requirements where it rises to 4. Stated in the proposal.

    On-site or online?

    Both. On-site in-company at your offices or live remote with a dedicated virtual lab. Some courses also allow on-site at SIXE premises — indicated per course.

    Can you deliver in Spanish or French?

    Yes. English (UK), Spanish and French. Choose your preferred language on the form and we assign an instructor with that technical + linguistic combination.

    Does the proposal include materials, lab and certificate?

    Yes. Every closed proposal includes technical documentation, lab access during and after the course, and a certificate of achievement. When the course carries a verifiable digital badge (Credly), it is also issued on completion.

    What if we need several courses chained together?

    We design learning paths for the team, staggered over time, with global terms. Mention it in the form's comments or on the pre-call.
