Frequently asked questions

Which of the three Connect:Direct courses is mine?
By the system your node runs on: 6C02G on UNIX, 6C07G on z/OS, 6C03G on Windows. The product is the same and so is the Process language, but installation, configuration files and interfaces change with the platform.

What if we transfer against another company systems?
That is the normal case: Connect:Direct exists precisely for transfers between organisations. If it also has to face the internet without opening the network, the course for that is 6F99G, on Sterling Secure Proxy.

How is it organised and what does it cost?
It runs as a closed group, priced per attendee. Tell us how many you are and which dates suit you, and we will send a proposal.
