How is this different from just deploying the model?
A model returns a probability; a decision returns what to do. Here the two come together: the model score, the business rules, and the priority when several offers fit at once.

Does the application have to be programmed?
Not for the templates it ships with. Yes if you want a custom application, and that block is in the outline too.

Can you deliver it at our premises?
Yes, and remotely with a live instructor too. Closed groups of four to ten people, in Spanish, English or French.
