Frequently asked questions
Do I need prior QRadar experience?
Not for Fundamentals — it's the entry point of the training path. Levels 2 and 3 assume you've completed Fundamentals or that you work with QRadar on a regular basis.
Which QRadar version do you teach?
Always on the latest stable release of QRadar SIEM. It includes the new UI and the XDR and SOAR components of the QRadar Suite. We update the material with each relevant release.
Is this official IBM training?
Yes. We are an IBM Business Partner for security training and we use the official IBM materials and course codes on the relevant courses.
What do I get on completion?
A SIXE digital badge, verifiable on Credly (QRadar Analyst or QRadar Administrator, depending on the course) and preparation to sit the matching official IBM exam.
Bootcamp or the full pathway for SOC analysts?
The certification bootcamp is an intensive format focused on preparing the official exam. The Cybersecurity Analyst course is a broader programme covering threat analysis and incident management, with QRadar as the central tool. If in doubt, tell us your starting point and we'll suggest the right fit.
Format and group size?
On-site or live remote, from 2 students, in English, Spanish or French. We adapt duration and pace to the team. In-company training available.
Do you offer technical support after the course?
