The ideal path
If yours is moving files, the order is Connect:Direct for UNIX (6C02G) — or its equivalent in Windows (6C03G) or z/OS (6C07G), depending on where the node runs — and then Sterling Secure Proxy (6F99G) when it has to face outside without opening the network.
For exchanges with partners, start with B2B Integrator fundamentals (6T611G), follow with data mapping and EDI X12 (6F151G) for mapping and EDI, which is where the time actually goes, and close with administration (6F154G) to administer it.
And when what needs sorting out is orders, the route goes through modelling the chain with 6F139G, the catalogue with 6F128G and the inventory with 6F93G, which is where you decide what ships from where.

Expert. 6F100G for advanced process modeling, 6F144G and 6F80G to extend Order Management without compromising upgrades, 6F90G to replicate mailboxes across sites, and Sterling Secure Proxy (6F99G) for the proxy in the DMZ.
About the IBM codes
Two courses show up under two codes because both are still in circulation and cover the same ground on different releases: 6F87G and B2B Integrator fundamentals (6T611G) are the same B2B Integrator fundamentals, and 6F89G and administration (6F154G) the same administration. Pick by the release you have installed; if it matches neither, tell us and we fit the labs to it.
On top of that, IBM has renumbered much of the Sterling catalogue: several of these outlines now appear on their site under a different code. Each course page says which one, because that is probably the code in your training plan. There is also newer product that IBM publishes only as self-paced training — Sterling Intelligent Promising, or the short Store Engagement modules: if that is what you need, we will tell you what each one covers before you buy anything.
